Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log in to your RMIT Store account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with the original packing slip included and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via your email.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
